Beginning the ultimate day on the Wells Fargo Championship, it was the duo of Wyndham Clark and Xander Schauffele who held a cushty margin over the chasing pack, with Clark two pictures away from his fellow countryman.
Trying to find a primary PGA Tour title, it was going to be an fascinating watch and, when Clark opened up with a bogey on the first gap, his lead had been halved to 1. It is no secret that successful is not straightforward although, particularly on the PGA Tour circuit.
